When planning an outdoor event, let us make it easy!

Foster’s venue provides a 5,100 square foot state of the art tent on the shore of the Potomac River at National Harbor.

We offer all you need to plan a spectacular outdoor event with:

Facility Fees

Groups with a minimum of 50 guests may rent one half of the tent for 50% of the listed facility fee. The other half of the tent will be opened up to additional groups

• Afternoon event times are 8:30 am- 3:30 pm. All set up and breakdown/clean-up must be completed in this time frame.
• Evening event times are 4:00 pm- 12:00am. All set up and breakdown/clean-up must be completed in this time frame and noise ordinance requires all music to end by 10:00 pm.
• Based on availability additional function hours may be added at a rate of $500.00 per hour

Tent

Sky Line Tent provides the 5,100 sq ft Navi-Trac tent. The dimensions are 30’ wide and 170’ long. The tent has a drawn curtain at the north end to provide a 30’ X 15’ kitchen area. We can add up to three additional 30’ X 20’ sections on either end to accommodate larger groups. Additional 10’ X 10’ tents may be added as needed for caterer’s tents outside of the guest tent. Sky Line Tent can quote the costs for additional sections to the tent.

Catering

Pick a menu with a price point that fits your budget from any of our approved caterers.

Tables and Chairs

• 40 count 60" round with red/white and blue/white gingham covers
• 4 count 48" round with the same covers
• 6 count 8' banquet with the same covers
• 320 white padded garden chairs
• Fosters will pre set 30 tables and 240 chairs along with table settings prior to each event. The caterer may add or subtract from that inventory as needed. The caterer's kitchen area will be used for short and long term storage of tables and chairs.

Bar Service

Fosters is fully licensed and insured for catering alcoholic beverages in the state of Maryland. Fosters will provide a bar menu and service options for all guests serviced at the venue. We have large 12'x12' bar centrally located bar with 3 service sides for the guests and a bar-back side as well.

Electricity and Water Hook-Up

• Water outlets are located at either end of the tent as well as at the bar.
• An electrical panel with eight 110 amp single phase outlets and two 220 amp double phase outlets.

WIFI

Free wireless service is provided by National Harbor.

Lighting

Twinkle lights around the perimeter of the tent and lantern lights on the side posts.

Bathrooms

A luxury mobile trailer bathroom with separate men's and lady's rooms will be located at the North Side of the tent. Fosters will provide a key for the caterer to open and close the bathrooms. Foster's will be responsible for pre and post event bathroom cleaning.

Parking

Service vehicles and guests are able to park next to or near the tent.  The parking lot is on a first come first serve basis.  The parking rates are $3.00 for the first hour and $2.00 for each additional hour with a maximum of $11.00 per day.
